Some kids on my old team took energy boost tablets you just have to be careful you dont get dehydrated and start cramping really bad Before you start taking **** you might want to ask your coach if its alright because when our coach found out he banned the **** from the locker room and had a speech about how its hurting you/team in the long run

energy stuff like cytosport fast-twitch or **** Hyperdrive 3.0 are some that ive used and found to help me get a bit more in the zone and energetic before a game. betalanine supplements like purple wrath i found helped me get through games also.
make sure u eat enough carbs and water leading up to the game. really watch it like 1-2 days out. this is by far the most important thingLast edited by Colemans#1; 06-16-2009 at 09:54 AM.

Well what will help you in football the most is probably some aas. But of course its unethical for me to even mention that here......
But like the other guy said , food would be my number one choice. I know alot of the guys in my team did not eat enough at all.I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.
