I've been training my chest for 6.5 months and by then I think my chest should be bigger. What do you think? Please keep in mid that I only have a bench that can do incline, decline, and flat. My main soul goal is HYPERTROPHY in the chest area. I want it to look beefy lol. Any advice would be great. It sucks that I can't use any supplements because my parents are ignorant of them and don't understand them so I've stopped arguing with them and I just shut the hell up about them. Which gets me really pissed b/c I think creatine could beef up my chest.

Start with the incline movement and put your best effort into it. also work on increasing all of your lifts.

BULK NOW! but seriously, go crazy with the protein and eat more calories than you usually do, thats the problem more than likely.

Definitely a problem dude. It's hard to build muscle without proper nutrition. You'll be shiz outta luck if you can't eat enough cals and protein to gain size. That's a crappy situation you're in. I would do all I can to sway your parents decision. Do a print lots of research. It will show your parents how dedicated and knowledgeable about supplementation. They should respect it, and at the least let you get some more protein into the diet.
When I see myself in the mirror, I say, "Fcuk that guy, I can do better."

Sorry to say but if you have been working out for 6.5 months (especially if you have been training hypertrohpy for chest) that long, you should look into changing your routine.
And what everybody else said, eat like a beast. Since I started actually eating enough ive been packing on mass AND strength prob because I have more energy to lift now that i have proper nutrition

Had the same concerns as you, etc. But I suggest you eat and keep checking the scale every monday in the nude(no homo) right when you wake up(before breakfast), and hope you gained .5-.75lb. No less, no more.
You can do that for 16 weeks, with a break then, go ahead, and you'll see yourself...significantly stronger. Strength comes before size, you need to work on strength. Don't worry we all start soemwhere, you start young, if you do things right, etc....in 2-3 years you'll be MUCH bigger, with a HUGE chest. You just have to start somewhere.

dude dont worry about the gyno.. thats just one more reason why you shouldnt worry about doing a cycle or 2 once you turn 21.. i mean shoot you already have the worst case scenario lol..
But on a more serious note.. yoru in the same boat as my friend and Ill tell you the same thing I told him.. yeah eatting clean is great, but when your not buying your own food its hard to do.. with no supplements your best bet is to get all yoru calories.. So just like I told him.. let mcdonalds be yoru friend.. theres nothing wrong with eatting 2 hamburgers no cheese ketchup and pickles if you cant make your goal... and atleast your parents cant stop you from doing that..,. obviously dont be excessive, but its working for him hes gained 4 lbs since hes actually getting all his calories.. and his bf is still the same.. its amazing..
its easy for people to tell you what you need to do without understanding yoru situation.. fortunately when I turned 18 my mom couldnt stop me from taking **** since I was paying for it.. if anything.. hide your creatine under your bed and add it to your water if u can drink in your room.Hopefully I'll make it to 6% by this winter so I can finally bulk for the rest of my life.
