Breakfast Advise.Thanks Guys and Gals.
Did a post last week about just not feeling good after eating breakfast. Thanks for all the great advise and have to say that yesterday and today are the first times I have felt great after breakfast...Start off with a protein shake and after I shower and get ready for work I have some oatmeal with some raisins and on my way in I have a cup of coffee and have to say I feel outstanding. Thanks again Guys and Gals we have one hell of a group of friends and I consider you all my friends. Take Care have a great week and lets rock on baby....Oorah
