Question What is the best Protein Powder for me???

I've been working out for some time now, but honestly I never really understood how to balance a protein shake into the mix. Im trying to shed some weight just to tone up my body while I'm working out. I'm not trying to put on a lot of weight or even muscle, I'm more trying to cut weight and tone the muscle I do have. I have been told Muscle Milk Light, or 100% whey because they have less carbs and more protein. Any suggestions?

    Thanks

A lot of people wil start with ON 100% Whey. I would choose that over Musclemilk.

You probably want to target about 30-40g protein post workout. So if you use milk, take that protein into account, or you can use water. The water will save calories.

If you are trying to lose weight, what is the rest of your diet like?

I Buy Lean chicken breasts, Egg Beaters, And usually add some fruit here and there. Also i occasionally have brown rice, and ground turkey as well as salads with low fat dressings.

    OK, thats good.

So you can stick with those foods, and whatever your daily calorie goal is if you have one. If you are trying to lose weight, you should.

And then just add the calories from the protein shake into the mix, so everything stays balanced out.
