I just have a quick question.
Looking at buying CytoSport CytoGainer, just finished my tub of OLD STYLE GNC Pro Performance Mass XXX which was discontinued (the one without creatine). I just found the new style GNC Pro Performance Amplified Mass XXX with creatine at GNC and was wondering what people thought of it.
I'm trying to decide between the two (CytoGainer vs. Amplified Mass XXX) so opinions and reviews are greatly appreciated. There doesn't seem to be too many reviews for either.
If anyone has any other recommendations on other products that have worked well for them, please let me know also.

I have a unopened tub of amplified mass xxx in my closet. I packed on 2lb in 3 weeks with amplified mass xxx, and that is before establishing a proven routine. I threw out about 4 scoops of the amplified mass xxx, and like I said I still have a full one.
I am now taking true mass and adding creatine mono. I might start taking my mid morning shake with the amplified mass to get rid of it.
I can't really vouch for the results because I didn't have the right diet or workout routine, but it makes good shakes if you add a little more liquid than it says. Otherwise its kind of chalky. Not near as good or easy to down as true mass though.Last edited by Smartpart; 06-15-2009 at 04:40 PM.

Cytogainer is decent but I like to make my own gainers. They taste better and work better. Mix 2 scoops of whey, 1 cup of ground oats, 1 tbsp natural peanut butter and milk.Originally Posted by scooooot

Cytogainer is awesome and the profile is nice, the GNC I had was complete garbage, trust me I've tried both.
