huh?????^^
um well what i do is for about 4-5 days i keep my carbs low(protein high) while working out. THis will allow fat loss to occur. Im on this diet when i swim.run, and lift.
But you can stay on a low carb diet for too long because then ur body will really lag in the gym. theres no way around it. you need carbs for optimal energy.
so after 4/5 days of low carb, i take one day to load up on carbs, im talkin a lot of carbs. it gives me back the energy i need for another week. of course one days of carbs will not help a whole entire week but it does give u more energy during the start of it. then i got on another fresh week of low carbs after that.
this has really worked well for me.
if u go on a low carb diet for too long, it defeats the whole purpose of it. you wont have the energy workout harder therefore, burning less calories, not what you want.
this is talking in all regards to fat loss of course, to gain maximum potential muscle is a deff story.once you wrestled, everything else in life is easy
