Do overhand wide grip pull ups. Also lower body fat helps give you that shape because it means your lats will stand out a lot more.

**** tone of cardio. lower your bf%, and work your obliques a lot. sadly however, a lot of that v shape is determined by genetics is the overall "shape" of the abs in general.

Are you talking about the Adonis/Apollo belt (abs)? Or the V-taper as in your back?

assuming you mean v taper, you need to increase your lat width with pullups and shoulder width with presses and raises.
also, work on reducing body fat...
but keep in mind, what looks better than the v shape is the x shape(big lats shoulders AND legs)

Just doing cardio is not going to help you lose weight and show abs.
6 packs are made in the kitchen. You have to eat right first.
Also for the V taper a lot of it is genetics. Building a wide and thick back, wide shoulders, wide and thick lats and chest is a must for a V-taper.
Also if you got wide hips it is going to be harder to get it.

Keep adding mass, you weigh 169 lbs at 6'. You aren't exactly a beast, the V-shape will come as you continue to work out.

It's a ligamental feature.
Low bodyfat and targeting the surrounding musculature.
