i take em rarely but my favs are cytonox, no xplode, rpm, and vapor gives me nasty strength gains

Yeah, I'm generally not a big MuscleTek fan...but vapor is nuts!

I like Jack3d and Presuge with Presurge being my favorite.

of the ones you posted sp250 and WF are good options, at the end of the day it all depends on what you want: strength, endurance, stim, focus, pump, etc

sp250 and WF are good for pump and energy, but in my experience neglected focus, endurance and strength

All you kids saying your pre-workout supps make your stronger are delusional. Your preworkout arginine/caffeine complex have nothing to do with your strength. YOU are getting stronger, it has nothing to do with a few scoops of powder you put in a shaker and swig down before you hit the weights. Placebo anyone?

Why would I search? I'm not looking to buy anything, I was just trying to generate an up to date database of people's opinions on Preworkout supps...don't hate.

I agree with you in that WF is a great energy supplement but neglects other facets found in many other p.w.o.'s

Def other. White Flood/Purple Wrath was nothing compared to Jack3d. Don't get as much focus or energy.

Im a supp hater and I still love my preWO. Youre right its not making us stronger from a physilogical perspective, BUT it is mentally prepping us to train as hard as we can which ends up with us getting stronger. If I have more fun training, more energy and more endurance its going to positively effect my physique.

Trollin brah? Last time I checked, you're one of the younger posters in this thread. And to combat your statement, PWO's do have to potential to increase strength in the gym. Is your bench going to go up 40 lbs.? NO! But studies have shown that supplementation with certain supplements (namely creatine) have a definite and immediate impact on muscular power.

That's only because Jack3d contains geranium, you can purchase it in bulk for cheap and have it whenever you want. It gives you intense focus/warmth/energy, nice added to coffee.

Best I ever used as far as effectiveness was RPM by Applied Nutraceuticals.. They are just one of my favorite companies in general from a service standpoint though, so I may be a little bias.

I love the tingles WF gives me about 30 minutes after I take it (beta alanine). That **** puts me in the zone!

I'd say Ultima. Worked amazing for me. Endurance was incredible, strength increased on everything while cutting, focus was crazy. Since that isn't out yet, I'm giving Mesomorph a shot, we'll see how it goes.

2 scoops of Maniac and I'm STRAIGHT through my whole workout an beyond. The docus is a VERY under rated benefit to this stuff. and the price

Best for me is Superpump 250....although I'm at the bottom of my jug and it gets harder and harder for me to stomach blue rasberry.

I didn't get an upset stomach from it...just the runs. but they always hit me right before a workout and a hour after...never during. any supplement that times my sh*ts perfect like that is A+ in my book!
