The meal i just ate is ripping my intestines out...
hey guys thought i'd share the meal i just ate after my tri/chest workout
i'm trying to get stronger for football and such
1 lb. grund beef 90% lean
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
6 eggs
3 tortillas
1840 Calories
146g Protein
didnt look up fat but its around 70g
later dudes
ps. i feel sick

One thing I want to know is consuming that much protein in one go, wouldn't it be a waste since the body can't process that many at a time if you're working out to build muscle that is.

I'm the same way dude. I just ate breakfast, consisted of 1lb of ground beef, 4 whole eggs, 1 egg white, cup of rice, yogurt nd some papaya. Make sure you eat fiber capsules after that meal!
