Optimum's 100% whey also uses whey concentrate as their main ingredient as well I believe. Whey concentrate based shakes don't bother me except post workout, I have a tub of GNC Whey Isolate 28 and I have it strictly for post work out - I take one scoop to hold me over until I get home for my actual post workout meal. Any other protein supplementation I may need throughout the day I use Higher Power 100% Whey Power, which also used concentrate as their main ingredient. It was something that bugged me at first but I got over it.
Bottom line, won't make a major difference on your gains but aim for isolate post workout.
