Rank system would be way too much of a pain in the ass to develop in my opinion.
I think people know who really pulls rank for the most part and in most cases Majority will rule.
Rank system would mean actually having to police **** which I don't think anyone wants to really do. Police eachother as best as we can but I don't feel like dealing with a full blown system.
