Totally but I'm originally from Louisville Kentucky and this is music that just didn't make it there. If it was on a radio and top 40 it was in a dance club there was not a lot of real club music there. Every place started with the Electric Slide and went from there.

I see. Different worlds. Reminds me, had a dorm neighbor in College from Kentucky, rocked a mullet too.
His mom wouldn't let him come down to FL without bringing his gun so he kept one hidden in a shoe box.

In Louisville, where I'm from, we always tried to be "civilized" so to speak but drive outside of town in the suburbs and that guy you described is ALL OF THEM.

Even so we were behind the times. Social Media and XM Radio now catches everyone up at once but it used to be like I said.

Been on an oldies kick as of late. Listened to ELO's greatest hits. I know, nerd music, but the layering effect they used...the background instruments blending in so effortlessly with the main track (sorry, my music speak is lousy, so I hope the more knowledgeable people can understand what I'm trying to say)...I don't know if any band past or present could top that.

Treated myself to a little Crazy Train this morning. Got me up and running for work--literally...had to catch the train to another city.
