Hi guys ive finally cracked and am ready to lose 70lbs in the coming months.
Iweigh about 273 lbs,and am only 5'9.
after reading the faqs here, ive threw out anything with a high sugar content, white pasta, flour,etc....
and am ready to do this.
Will post first weigh in 2mrw morning and every monday after that.
Anybody want to do this with me for mutual support and encouragement ?
