I am really skinny, but I have belly fat. You can only see it when I sit down, when I stand up it looks normal. It's enough fat to pinch. It's kinda worst that what the pictures show.

Dude you do not have stomach fat...Everyone has a little bit of a roll when they sit down. You need to put some muscle on those bones and it will all even out, the last thing you want to do is cut down even further at your ht and wt.
Do a clean bulk with progressive compound weights and you will fill out and look great in no time.

If I were you I'd Chill on losing fat.. I'd eat a bit more, start doing more strength training less cardio. If you want your six pack (im in the same boat as u) Try doing some weighted ab excercises but keep rep range low (6-8) Problem for me though Is I have the ab muscle I just need to lose the fat. For you, You lost the fat, you just need to build the muscle (which Is the easy/fun part to me)
