how long do caffeine withdrawal symptoms last?

Was sick about 10 days ago and dropped all caffeine intake, had a throat virus canker sores, just hell.

was doing 600mg a day with my EC stack.

10 days later i still have headaches what seems to be all fkn day, well my head feels tight. Was going to start lifting again tomorrow so i think i'm gonna start the EC stack again not sure yet. Do you think it's the sudden drop of caffeine as to why my head hurts and i just feel all around lazy?

Gees dude. Yeah, my guess is it's the sudden drop in caffeine that is causing your headaches. Coffee drinkers get the same thing if they don't drink their coffee every morning. It's an addiction.

I used to take in large amounts of caffeine everyday as well and I just up and quit one day. To help myself get past the caffeine addiction faster, I drank massive amounts of water to flush my system out. The caffeine craving lasted about 2 days and I felt great afterwards.

Give that a shot and see if it helps.
Push yourself as far as you possibly can, and just when you've pushed yourself to your limits, you push it just a little bit more.

yeah well it wasn't really hard for me to stop didn't really get any cravings. The headaches have been subsiding but they were pretty bad, still thinking about jumping back into the EC stack to finish this cut then slowly drop my intake and eventually taper off so i don't get these symptoms lol.

I don't know how your body reacts to it, but once I went through the initial withdrawal and got my body used to not having it, if I did a cycle where I used high amounts of caffeine and then stopped, it didn't hit my body nearly as bad the first time. I didn't have any of the cravings or headaches I had the first time I stopped using it.

Gees I sound like a drug addict. LOL

Caffeine withdrawal should only last for about 5 days.
How long were you doing your stack for?

Still, 10 days is a long time.
Chances are that the headaches you're getting are just leftover from your virus. If they keep doing it for another week, I'd head back to the Dr. because I doubt it will be due to the caffeine.
