what is the best post workout meal to eat(non supplement) because i ran out of cliff powerbars(which is what i usually have) so what should i eat thats for good recovery???

Ideally 30g Whey Protein and 60g Waxy Maize Starch IMO, its a great post workout and I feel great soon after. Or if you can't afford that, food wise you'll need a good protein source (Chicken, tuna, turkey . . . ) and a fast acting carb source (White bread, gatorade . . .) to replenish glycogen levels.
