I think I've maybe been overtraining and would like to hear how many different types of bi workouts along with sets/reps you guys do. For the past 8 months I've been doing atleast 4 exercises with 3 sets each (12 sets total) and I've seen okay progress considering my slacking diet.. but after doing some reading I'm hearing 8-10 sets is normal, so would that mean I should only be doing 3 different exercises with 3 sets each? Thanks for the input.
