Push Pull Routine Question

Even though I have been checking this website daily for the past two years I finally decided to join the forum due to a question I have about my routine. I have been doing a 4 day push pull split that has given me fantastic results and looks like this.

Monday + Thursday

Pullups 4 sets to failure
Seated Row 4x8-10
Lat Pulldown 4x8-10
Shrugs 4x8-10
Dumbell Curls 4x8-10
Lateral Raises 4x8-10
Upright Rows 4x8-10

Tuesday + Friday

Rotator cuff work (past shoulder injury)
Dumbell Bench 4x8-10
Incline Dumbell Bench 4x8-10
Pec deck 4x8-10
Leg Press 4x8-10
Calf Raises 4x15-20
Leg Extensions 4x8-10
Seated Leg Curls 4x8-10

My question is this: I'm working my Delts on both sets of days with the lateral raises and upright rows on Monday and Thursday, as well as on Tuesday and Friday with all the bench work. I was wondering if this is what caused my shoulder injury last year and would love to prevent that from happening again. If so, should i tack on the lateral raises and upright rows to my Tuesday Friday push routine?
