Mass Gaining Supplements

Question. Right now I have Whey, Casein Higher Power Micronized Creatine, Centrum 21.


This is how I take it

Wake up have my Centrum 21
breakfast
lunch
sometimes no xplode before I work out depends
after workout 1 scoop of whey
15 min after whey micronzied creatine
dinner
casein before bed


Would it be stupid to add BSN Cell mass because I heard it is really good and also if I did, should I take anything out or where would I put it in.

First of all, I would take your creatine either before you work out, or with your PWO shake. As for the cellmass, it is a creatine product, so it would replace your creatine mono.

should take your creatine right after your workout and then your whey shake. i stick to regular creatine but you can replace your post workout creatine with cellmass

The thing with cell mass is that ur suppose to have it PWO and then wait 15-20 min before having any other protein shake or meal. Cell Mass was my first creatine and I've deff been noticing results, even tho ppl say mono is a lot better than CEE.
