A Few Questions About Bodybuilding!
How much Size, muscle and weight can you put on (with good diet, good rest and good workouts) can you put on in 12 weeks?, just wondering..
Also, i do squats, deadlifts etc.. Ive heard that doing them can promote muscle growth all over the body? is this true? if so, how?
Reps for good answers.. cheers guys

1. It depends on too many things to say, brah
2. Yes it's true. When you workout groups of muscle that are larger (like quads and hammies are large compared to bi's and tri's) it forces your body to release more test

Obviously not.. just asking out of curiosity, as i have 12 weeks summer holidays off from college, and im wanting to put some decent size on naturally through the 12 weeks..thats all.

please start at your age. i wish i started at 18. also eat clean. do a lot of power lifting to get a good base. like on rippetoes starting strenght. also most supplements are a waste. just buy on whey protein, and some orange triad multi vitamin.
other than that eat alot of chicken and sleep alot.
