M-stak is not a pre workout but certainly can be used for good gains and still have WF.

Agreed very different products. M-Stak will help promote anabolism by increasing protein synthesis, nutrient partitioning and recovery. We did include an energy complex which will give you pre-workout energy and focus, great thing is it's all in a single red pill so if you didn't want to take the stims (training late at night) you have the option of leaving them out.

as mentioned they're 2 different products with 2 different purposes, so, in essence, you could stack them together...
however, for your goals, m-stak alone would be my recommendation. the red capsule contents provide a sufficient level of energy, and the size/strength gains are noticeable provided your diet accomodates the product... it's my "go to" product when i want to add some quick pounds to my lifts and my frame.
for maximum benefits, the longer you run an ecdy-based product, the better the results... so, if you're going to go with m-stak, i'd suggest running 2 consecutive cans.

they are different, so if your looking for a preworkout NO and energizing product, then white flood would be a great choice. it also has beta alanine for endurance
