What's a good beginner workout routine?

I haven't gone to the gym in months and plan on getting a gym pass soon. What is a good workout plan to get back into the groove?

You want focus on perfecting your lifts and gaining back strength or you want to get back into mass?

If you want strength and lifts search up rippetoes..

If you want mass try a split routine. This is a good one.

Agreed rippetoes is a great routine, plus muscle memory should help you get back to where you were before
