calling out people with info on Vit. D and Vit. A

I saw in kvkx's thread a week or so back that vitamin's A and D can have very beneficial effects on test levels, can anyone post any studies on this please? I want to read up on it for myself, thanks in advance.

dont even think it would be significant but I have been taking for a while and havent really noticed a dif when I wasnt taking it. I just take it to be healthy especially vit D because its kills bad bacteria.

From what I know Vitamin A keeps your skin healthy and helps you see in the dark. And since Vitamin A is fat-soluble, too much of it would be toxic.

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that regulates calcium and phosphate metabolism in your body

Idk about your test lvlz tho

lets just put it this way brah, it will prob have similar effects to a crappy test booster which has minimal effects as it is. No I dont have studies, but its a natural occuring substance, how much higher do you think it will raise your test levels? Probably barely nothing if anything at all.

I'm not asking what they do, I know what they do. In kvkx's thread the other day, he mentioned that they had significant effects on test levels, I was wondering if anyone had any studies on this.
