    I've seen it a lot. Well, I know for sure a lot of people don't go down all the way with dumbbells. I personally go as low as I do barbell so that I'm not weak at the bottom when I switch to barbell.

    I just hit the 110's for 7. I don't flat barbell bench, but I'll be going for 245x4 close grip monday, so maybe around 300, who knows.
