    I can vouch for most people going parallel with dumbells. I haven't seen more than 2 people at my gym lift dumbells properly.

    I don't get how some of you get their 90-110 dumbbells up so easily.
    I can do pretty heavy dumbell weight for my size but I can't get them up at first I need somebody to raise them for me and then I'm good.
