guess on bf before and after

finish... started at 161 23% ended at 143 14%.

i know i need a clean bulk but from the looks of when i started i was real self conscious about bein fat and right now about gettin fat. i would like to cut to 10% and then begin bulking so i can do small cuts to maintain a low body fat.

my calipers now put me between 12-13% i tried to get some new pics but all the cameras were dead. just seeing if you guys think the caliper readings im doing are correct. thanks

the cutting took place from march 5th til the end of april according to the bf % i didnt lose any lean mass. since the pictures here were taking i tried bulking for a month and the excess carbs made me feel like hell so i went back to a small keto cut to try to cut the extra few % and then another attempt at bulking but with keto. i believe my chest and arms filled in a little since i recently started working out i think i have gained a little muscle even on a deficit and my little bulk. ill try and update with new pics

it's hard and id say nearly impossible as you dont have a lot of muscle on your frame. Id suggest getting it tested to know for sure

i live in a pretty small town no colleges or anythin near.. where would i get it done?

you could purchase a fat caliper online... but eh those arent 100% accurate either, make sure you get a good one

thats what i have... my caliper readings are

14%... 14 chest 26 abdominal 12 thigh... 123 lean mass at 144 pounds 3 point test

13%...14 chest 26 abdominal 12 thigh 13 tricep 11 subscapular 10 suprailac 11 midaxillary 7 point test... 125 lean mass at 144 pounds
