    Thumbs up AI's Glycobol....WOW!

I have not posted much on here in awhile. With work and other things...I just havent had the time but I recently spoke with Crowler (the owner of AI) and he told me about his latest product "Glycobol"....needless to say I was interested to give it a test run. I'm now in week two and have been taking 2 caps 30 mins before breakfast and another 2 caps 30mins before my post workout meal. The results have been insaine! My training and diet havent changed a bit. The only differenence was the additition of Glycobol. In 2 weeks Ive gone from 12% body Fat down to 10.5%. I am getting ripped up in places I forgot I had! ...and the strength I have during my workouts have been insaine!

The jury is still out...I need a month to really get a feeling of how good this stuff actually is but...as of right now...Im VERY impressed and amazed at how a natural, safe, healthy product could provide such great results in just 2 weeks! I think Crowler and AI really got this one right! VERY IMPRESSIVE SO FAR GUYS! Hats off to AI!

What changes have you made to your diet since starting Glycobol? and how drastic are the strength increases on your cut?

have you increased calories at all?

As I said in my first post, I have made NO changes to my diet or training since starting Glycobol. My strength increases have been noticable...not drastic, but certainly noticable. The biggest being able to knock out 1 or 2 more reps on most exercises.

I've experienced some muscular fullness, but nothing too drastic at all that some people rave of it. Of course, initially it upset my stomach terribly, that the dosage was halted, and just am beginning to re-run it.

Not entirely thrilled with the product. I'll up it to 2 caps a day once it's been 1/day for 5 days with no stomach problems.

You should be taking 2 caps on the first day total, and 4 everyday after that.. The reason you may not be seeing anything is because your taking 1/4 the dosage.

TheDrivenOne was experiencing some GI Distress, so Crowler suggested that he stop dosing for a few days. I believe he is starting over again at one cap per day and will work up to the regularly suggested dosing scheme

It varies but breakfast is typically oatmeal and a protein shake or eggwhites and whole wheat toast along with half a grapefruit. Preworkout is usually just a protein shake...mostly no carbs but POST workout I try and consume about 60-80 grams complex carbs along with 40-50 grams protein....again though...the sources of food vary.

Great review, I noticed lots of leaning, endurance and steady slow strength gains.

There was a thread a week or two ago in which I said I thought I might have experienced a little as well. I thought it was weird that it was a week or more in and then only for a day or two. In hindsight, I was taking naproxen first thing in the morning and right before bed and that stuff always gives me the ****s if I take two (or even one on an empty stomach).

I quit taking the naproxen and have been fine ever since.

interesting that you have no carbs pre workout even when you take glycobol

im taking glycobol right now and after half an hour i can feel my body starving for food... plus i don't feel as bloated if i eat too much carbs when im on it

I'm taking it mainly to lean out...hence the reason I dont take carbs prior to workout. My glycogen stores depleat almost completely after an intense hour long workout which in turn leaves my body primed to suck up the carbs in an all the right places after my Post workout Glycobol dose and meal....WORKS LIKE A CHARM if your main goal is to lean out. ;-)
