Veges are boring
I lose fat like crazy on zero carbs (just meats , eggs , fats) and are always hesitent of veges as i find them boring and just end up adding calories with condiments.......
what veges do you guys enjoy but don't require 500+ calories of cheese to make taste nicer
cheers ears

I enjoy either grilling or steaming vegetables and when you add some sliced almonds and salt they taste great! Also not sure if you're a fan of hot sauce, but that and pepper also do the trick for me. Definitely eat your veges on this diet, as they'll keep you regular and the anti-oxidants would aid your immune system in recovery, especially if you're in a caloric deficit.

I make a lot of soup with them. Stock from chicken bones, and then whatever is handy. Brussel sprouts make a lovely creamy soup when you blitz it.
Throw your veg into the pan when you've cooked your meat or fish and swish it round in the juice to improve the taste.
Oh, try some sauteed dandelion leaves with bacon. Definitely not boring.

It really isn't that hard to eat veggies...
I make sure to get about a cup of veggies with each meal.
Sometimes I'll eat 'em plain. and sometimes I'll eat 'em with some EVOO or UDO's drizzled on top..

I love veggies! Whilst on keto, veggies are like donuts.
I can eat carrots, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumber, mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, corn, sprouts, etc all day

Is Ryo your real name, or is it because of a certain Sega game?

I hate vegs. There, I said it. I also said at Over Age 35 that vegs can't provide anything animal products can't in the way of nutrients. And fiber is overrated. The proper amount of fat will speed transit time. I' waiting for the ****storm to start. Personally, fiber gives me gas and the ****s.
