Some Stats for Ya'll
Age: 20
Height: 5'8"
Weight: Currently sitting at a solid 196 and plan on packing on some lean muscle throughout the duration of this log.
Diet: I'm currently bulking so my diet consists of around 3,500-4,000 calories a day. This offseason I'm not going over crazy with packing on the fluff, but doing so in a reasonable fashion because we all know you can't pack on some muscle without packing on alil fluff.
Training: I keep things simple in my workouts, nothing to fancy except keeping rest time in between sets to a minimal and increase the rest time in between exercises a little more so I can hit each exercise with as much, or almost as much, intensity as I did with the previous. My training schedule is as follows...
Monday-Back
Tuesday-Chest
Wednesday-Arms
Thursday-Legs
Friday-Delts
Weekends-Off (Unless I decide to do some accessory work, at which this is done on Saturday)
Also if I take an off day during the week it usually will come after my leg day.

Initial Review for Anadraulic State
Taste: 7.89/10
-The initial taste test for this stuff was right around where I had expected it to be. Formula's that come jam packed with top notch ingredients are usually hard to mask the flavors unless using a bold artificial sweetner such as Grape or Blue Raspberry. I'm not the biggest fan of Fruit Punch flavors, but in all honesty this stuff is not hard to get down at all, which to me is a huge plus.
Mixability: 8.34/10
-This stuff mixes everything down to the last drop, but the reason for the not so perfect rating comes from the abundance of foam which it creates when shaken. I'm going to try stirring it to see the effects of that, but for the most part everything gets disolved quickly with only a few hard shakes.
Effectiveness: 9.08/10
-I would say a good 3 minutes after I ingested this stuff I could feel it really starting to get into my system and get me amped up for the gym. I love a product that gets me in the zone and puts me in that mind set so I know what I need to do at the gym and get it done, and I think we may have a winner here with this stuff.
Overall Initial Review: 8.45/10
-Well not bad for an initial review on this stuff, stay tuned fellas!!

My Anadraulic State
OK fellas so today was my first run with Anadraulic State, and I must say I was quite impressed. I don't like to sugar coat things but this was a pretty intense workout. Since the weather is finally heating up at a constant rate my gym seems to be turning up the heat as well and if you could have seen me during the workout you would understand. I was drenched by the time the workout came to a close and delts were pumped and capped nicely. My delts are really something I want to bring up this offseason, especially my front delts, hence so much pressing action. I also plan on getting back into competing strong man back in the fall so I'm going to be workout on standing BB presses to help out with my log press. Overall first day was a success.

My Anadraulic State
Pretty solid back day today if I do say so myself. My gay phone shut off and I missed my friends call (ncangey0513) so I was late for the workout and behind when I got there. I really am focusing on bringing my lower lats both up and out as well as working on overall back thickness, because f*ck you can never have a thick enough back. I decided to do light deads at the end of my workout since we destroyed em last week. I may do heavy deads every other week and finish my odd week workouts with light deads as I did today, not sure yet but we will see where I want to go with this approach. Overall though back was full and width was good so no complaints here.

My Anadraulic State
Good arm day today for the most part, pumps were there but wasn't feeling quite full. I really had a nice pump in my bis over my tris, but beggars cant be choosers. I had read an article in FLEX before the workout on the top five mistakes people do when training biceps and it had me in the zone to really tag em, I just feel like I could have gotten more out of the workout. Overall though I think I might focus on more shaping my arms from here on out as they have a lot of mass to them already.

Yeah sounds good, I need to see if I'll be able to call off of work so I can attend the night show or only be able to attend pre-judging.

My Anadraulic State
This is my chest day from 2 days ago, sorry for the not prompt posting of the workout but my computer has been gay as far as internet has been as of late. Anyways, solid pump throughout the entire workout, strength numbers weren't really where I would like to see them, but we can always work on that. The 4th rep technique I was talking about with the DB Incline Flys is I will do a 4th rep to get some blood flowing then go ahead and do a full rep and squeeze at the top of the contraction, this has been giving me a CRAZY sick pump and I'd like to give credit to Cory G (part of team Muscle Pharm) for leading me onto these. Overall a solid ass day.

My Anadraulic State
Sick leg day today. Not the best numbers for strength, but dear God were my pumps rediculously sick. I sometimes get annoyed when the tear drops of my legs get to pumped and prevent me from pushing forward with weight. I really wanted to have a balls to the walls leg workout, but since I had to train alone today this had to suffice. The leg press and squats are with my feet kept close together to really work on my quad sweep and are done ATG each rep. Overall pretty solid leg day.

I'd also like to note that EOD or every third day I work forearms and calves, calves always coming by way of leg day and forearms every arm day, so the other days usually end up falling EOD. Also I do Abs EOD as well. Just throwing that out there for those of you keeping up with my workout schedule.

Hope you're watching the Bucco's. Cutch just hit a bases loaded triple.
