    how to use mrs dash?

    hi! we only have mrs dash original blend in our place and i would like to use it for seasoning my chicken breast.. but how do u put it on? just a dry rub then grill or u put other stuff in? really nid ur advice (cause im new in cooking my own meals) and i would like to start being healthy.. tnx in advance!

    I just cook whatever I make and then add the seasoning after the fact. Love em all!

    id thaw the chicken put the spice on throw it in the fridge for ehhhhh bout 45mins-1hr let it soke in persay then grill..... thats what i do with all my spices for chicken i personally like the famous daves chicken rub or the weber grill rubs u can get them at jewel and they are all great

    Or throw the chicken in aziploc w/ Mrs. Dash and some vinegar for a marinade.

    My personal favorite is to get the garlic blend and mix that with lemon juice+olive oil as a marinade. Sometimes I add red pepper flakes for a hint of spice. Mrs. Dash is great pre-grilling, post-grilling, and to mix with homemade marinades.
    Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
    Mid term Goal: To find myself.
    Long term Goal: To get what's mine.

    I'm not sure if my recipe has a name, but in the spice aisle of my grocery store where they keep the Mrs. Dash, there are varaties of Mrs. Dash. One of them is called Garlic Blend. I just get bottled lemon juice and mix it with the Dash, then slowly drizzle the olive oil in as I whisk. With the lemon juice, there is no need for salt. And when mixed with a tiny bit of brown mustard, this actually makes a great salad dressing also.

    Mrs. Dash saved my life!
