20 Yr Old Korean Dood, Progress 1 year. several pictures

Hey guys so for about almost a year I was on a certain routine and which led me up and
down. Trying to lift heavy and such not much cardio and eating pretty much anything even though i gots a slow metabolism.

so basically in the first 3 progress pictures from april 08 - jan 09
i had some pretty good progress but I was stumped and couldnt figure out
what was wrong.

So finally decided to cut a bit not even much just avoiding food that you can order from a talking box, and not eating until i am insanely full. I used to eat until I was so full that i was about to blow up every time!!

Plus just did very minor cardio as sad as this sounds about 10 minutes of running uphill on the treadmill but incline all the way up. Swiming for about 30 minutes on my off days. And of course mma training with a friend "no mma gym at the moment"

but here you go, only supplement i take is whey protein but I take that like once a week
I really dont like the taste of mine so I avoid taking it haha.

April 2008 - - - - - June 2008 - - - - - January 2009
157 Lb 155 Lb 150 Lb

and here is my most recent picture as of
June 2009

haha I couldnt hold the "tough guy" face all day you know

color

but there you go

I am currently 146 Lbs. Although I dont see myself going under 145 so I will stay in the 145-155 Weight Division if I get the opportunity to make an amateur Debut.

Thanks

and just throwing this out there but I trained in Muay Thai, Judo, and now just freestyle striking.

hey thanks!

yeah my body doesnt respond well with gaining mass figured that out eventually so just lifting lighter and seeing where it goes.

ummm ufc is top class so i am probably haha far far far from it.
whatever event I can get in will be my first amateur debut.
looking for something with a cage though, i am quite uncomfortable in a ring.

id do a mixture of both lighter and heavier weights, alternating from week to week. it can only help with strength and stamina!

I really want to get into cage fighting someday just need to build up a bit more strength

Well good luck for your debut fight matey!

Cool

I don't see much of a difference.
Doesn't matter what you look like anyway if you're a fighter.
