    need help with supplements for.........

    Hello. Hope I am posting this in the right area. If there is a better forum spot let me know. I am a 5 day a week gymrat at the great age of 54. Been lifting 40 years on and off but the last 8 years have been steady. I have never taken steroids. I always tried to stay as natural as possible. Lately I have been trying some pro hormones like furazadrol with great success. I am not the most knowledgeable person with these types of supplements but I try to read the reviews on them. Lately things have been happening probably because of my age. With the last cycle of Furazadrol I took notice that my urine flow has decreased a bit. Probably a common but scarey thing for us guys. I read a few things lately and need some input here on this. I read that it is possible for this to happen because of increased testosterone converting to dht. I also read that it might be because of elevated estrogen levels. Here is where I need the help. Should I take something that is a natural anti aromatase product like Reversitol by I Force or a testosterone type booster like Battle Fuel by Musclepharm to bring testosterone levels back up. Or should I try something like soy protein and other soy type foods to help block dht production. I would like to do natural supplements with this. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated. If anyone knows of other natural type supplements that would help please let me know. One last thing. I read a page on SmartPublications that reported that Saw Palmetto actually is not good for the prostate because it was found to destroy both unhealthy and healthy cells in the prostate. This seems to be new information on this supplement.

    I am not a big fan of supplements other than protein. I have found that if you are having issues with your gains in the gym it may be that you are overtraining or you need to mix up your routine/exercises more regularily. It may also be something to do with your diet that needs to be addressed. A training partner sometimes can do the trick if they are motivated and seeking same goals.
    I thought I was strong till I watched my wife fight through GBS.I could only dream to have as much strength and will power as her!

    I'm in a similar boat. I have greatly increased protein and I am going through various different suppliments to see which I personally have the best results with. So far it's up in the air. I am currently looking for the best NO. I need to get the flood.

    it seems to me that with that much experience, that you would have figured out by now that work ethic in the gym is what pays off and not some pill or magic supplement....

    motivation comes in strange places sometimes, but it's kind of sad when it comes at the price of having to pad someones elses pocket with your hard earned money....

    if you're that obsessed with your situation that you would put that into your body, why on earth would'nt you just eliminate the doubt of your eventual disappointment with something you know is gonna work with the actual "gear" (real steroids) that these company are trying to immitate ?

    I'd hang out there or Anabolic Minds for pct info. The majority of people in here are not very knowledgeable about supplements or pro hormones. You'll get more preaching than useful info.

    I am pretty sure the product you are taking is non methylated Miotolan.

    There is information on that compound on this site. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/catmiotolan.htm

    I have no personal xp with Furazadrol.

    I would recommend the same as out of step. Do research on PCT.
