    too much

While i was cutting i usually spent around $200 or so each month. Now that im bulking and eating more its almost $400. The bulk of the price coming from meat and dairy. Fruit is pretty expensive so it takes a chunk of the price as well

I've recently been strapped for cash and all I've been eating (for the most part) is eggs, oatmeal and nuts. Haven't seen any changes in my physique, and for around 75 dollars a month, I guess you can't beat it.
