i take cytosport cytogainer since i weigh 130 pounds and im trying to gain mass, weight. even though im gonna start working out in a month should i start taking it right now to gain in some more beef, weight on me even though its not gonna be muscle or mass? as am i wrong? like right now i work out but i work out in the morning around 8 and take the supplement around 7 pm ( i wont take the supplement with me dont ask why). so even though im working out is it okay to take the supplement at night when i work out in the moring? will i see gains in mass, weight? opinions?

yeh thats fine to take it at night if your working in the morning..but consider taking it in a shaker for after your workout or at least somekind of whey protein and simple carbs to refuel and start builing after you workout

I wouldn't get all technical with it bro. Just eat as much as you can as many times as you can. Make sure you're getting enough protein in each meal too. I think "empty calories" are just secreted through waste. I'm not sure though. I saw it on MANswers, and they said that's what is in beer.

Bro, eat eggs, steak, turkey, chicken, fish, greens veggies, fruit, brown rice, whole what pasta/bread, natty peanut butter, nuts, along with your cytogainer. just eat healthy. A well balanced healthy meal and you will grow with training.

Yeah i would wait to start taking it until you are pumping iron. Taking it that long after yopu work out is definately going to be less helpfull then taking it right after you work out. However it will give you nutrients to build on while you sleep. I would take some when right before i leave to work out, then also at night if you can't take it rught after you work out.
