this.
heavy compounds (especially deadlifts), i kind of go into tunnel vision where i cant see somone even if they pass in front of me. have to remind myself 2 breathe during high-rep sets.

I tend to just look at myself in the mirror, close my eyes for a few seconds or take a walk around the gym before just banging out some more reps lol.

Mtd. 1- High- tempo music (loud)
Mtd. 2- Breathe consistently
Mtd. 3- Have a quick 3 min warm-up jog before you hit the weights
Mtd. 4- Think about your favorite bodybuilder (no homo)
Mtd. 5- (My favorite) Watch a video of your favourate bodybuilder/sportsperson ( usually on youtube ) before working out.

This thread is ****ing stupid. Pumped before a set? The only thing I need to get pumped to do is actually get up and go to the gym. When I'm in the gym I don't need anymore motivation, I'm surrounded by iron and the sound of the weights clanking. Thats all I need.
Watch an old Kevin Levrone video before you workout next time and tell me you don't BEAST.
