I laughed so hard during the Taubes review . When I first read that article a while back I laughed as well. It was....hilarious to say the least!


I particularly enjoyed the milk + cereal and dang, I forget the third one I really like but it was gold. I think about a dozen people from my gym have signed up lol, we talk about how we don't understand when we lift .

Great reviews! Time to go eat a billion calories with no carbs and get jacked and ripped, but I'll be sure to watch calories.
