timings of protein shake and NO xplode drink before workout
I workout at 6.30am so i usually have a protein + oats shake at about 6am as pre-workout meal.
I just picked up some NO xplode and read that you should take it on an empty stomach 30 mins before workout.
So, my question is how should i time these 2 drinks, or does it not matter at all. Should i just have NO xplode drink at 5.45am, then protein shake at 6am?
