timings of protein shake and NO xplode drink before workout

I workout at 6.30am so i usually have a protein + oats shake at about 6am as pre-workout meal.

I just picked up some NO xplode and read that you should take it on an empty stomach 30 mins before workout.

So, my question is how should i time these 2 drinks, or does it not matter at all. Should i just have NO xplode drink at 5.45am, then protein shake at 6am?

yes that is what I would do, drink the xplode then have the meal a little later

I've been using it on and off for the past 5 years or so and noxplode remains one of my favorite pre workout supplements

I tried NO xplode on an empty stomach when training at 5:00 am. about 2 years ago. It worked great. About a year ago I tried it on an empty stomach for the 5:00 am workouts and I had diarrhea the rest of the day. Happened a few times so it wasn't a fluke. I contacted BSN and asked if the formula had changed. They said to have a protein drink about 45 minutes before taking it. That did the trick. No more diarrhea.

hmmm....not that keen on waking up even earlier just to have a protein shake. I'll do a bit of trial and error and see what works best for me

i've read a few reports how NO xplode makes you **** straight away

when i took NO, i usually would take my protein shake a hour before.
if i took it any closer i wouldnt feel the effects as much.
