Good Carbs
Hello everyone I desperately need to consume more carbs. So, i was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for some good whole grain snacks or where i can get the proper carbs needed for a high intensity workout while taking dymethazine.

I have always loved brown rice and some kind of grain bread like flax bread or something similar. Look up some of the articles on the main site you will find some good information.

Sweet potato mash! So delicious and easy to eat. I make about a 300 gram serving which has over 60g of high quality carbs and nutrients.

Yeah but those are mainly monosaccharides which should be consumed only for postworkout, I can get plenty of those. I want the poly saccharides like whole grain stuff.

haha yeah i know, but my body reacts horribly to the monosaccharides, i build up excess fat in my lower abs when i eat that crap and i hate it so thats why I try to stick to whole grains and wheat stuff.

Ok thanks I'll keep that in mind, haha if only there were hot chicks at the gym I go to, I go really early in the morning so all the ladies there are like over 70 years old.

I do eat oats often and lots of fruit, but I'm having a lot of trouble gaining weight so I'll have to try out all of these other suggestions. Thank you.
