now what
I read the how to lose fat for noobs sticky...but what are you supposed to do if you started at a decently high amount of calories and stayed there for a couple months...then gradually over weeks dropped down to the edge of what should be 'starvation mode' and you still aren't losing even 1 lb a week? Do you drop another 100cal for a week? Bulk and have to start all over trying to figure out where you can lose?
Oh by edge starvation mode I mean like 1500 calories but working out once a day, 60 min....also sedentary type job.
