Smile 3-Cheese Stuffed Spicy Chicken Breast

This is a really tasty one :].

    What you'll need
    -4.8oz Chicken breast
    -1/2oz Gruyere cheese
    -1Tbsp Crumbled Feta cheese
    -1Tbsp Parmesan cheese
Herbs&Spices (pepper, adobo, garlic powder, minced onions, basil, italian seasoning(herb))
    -Cajun seasoning
-3Tbsp Walden Farms honey barbecue sauce

    Directions

    1. Cook chicken breast to what i call "on the edge raw" just white enough inside to cut, nice and juicy. (i used george forman grill for this, doesnt burn the outside like a pan will)

    2. Try chicken with paper towel, and hold in paper towel to avoid burning the hands, cut down the middle horizontally.

    3. Open up chicken and place on plate, and chop gruyere into thin cubes (rectangular worked for me) and spread equally(leave a few, 5 or so).

    4. Equally sprinkle feta cheese onto gruyere, and repeat with parmesan cheese, onto the feta.

    5. Sprinkle desired amount of minced onions, garlic powder, and cajun seasoning onto the cheese, and close the chicken.

    6. Sprinkle top of chicken with garlic powder, minced onions, and about 2x the cajun seasoning that you used in the inside.

    7. Line the last 5 cubes of gruyere in the middle of the top of the chicken breast, with about a 1cm apart from eachother.

    8. Spray pam on any baking sheet you want(deepdish is better for this, because the oils from the cheese tend to drip over the sheet)

    9. I cooked it at 350 (didnt preheat) for about 10-12 minutes, you can judge when its done by the cheese on top, if it is melted or not, but dont burn the cheese! better to have it a little rawer than burnt.

    10. Take out and top with adobo, pinch of cajun, and pepper

    11. Top with desired amount of Barbecue sauce

    12. And enjoy! its GREAT
