I didn't want it to have to come to that, but don't brag about results 'only 3 months apart no cycling'

russian_muscle was a scrawny guy who looks like he spent a month or two in the gym before his first cycle last year and is short cutting his way to a goal that a lot of other people work for years to get to if they ever do. again, fine, whatever and as long as he's honest which he was before then i will respect the honesty if not the work ethic.

the problem for me arises when people like that shortcut it and then lie about it as if everyone could do it and all their gains are the result of their hard work and dedication not the sticking a needle in their ass.
