Two year progress (pics)

So I have a back shot from a couple years ago and I took one today.

In neither picture do I have any pump at all so everything was kept totally even.

Weight went from 175- 212. I was probably a little leaner in the old pics.

Opinions/questions?

Yea my back had good thickness back then, but my arms really needed catching up.

that pert shampoo on the counter- I hate it..that crap use to give me the worst headaches from using it..the smell or somethin would kill me.

I know... I don't understand. The old pic makes me look decievingly big I think.

The truth is that I dwarf that old pic now IRL... it's kindda funny. I think maybe it was because I was sooo lean back then.

I wear 33" pants... never measured it before but yea it's tiny. I don't work my abs either... unless I'm cutting. I figure that other than that they get enough work with athletics. I've seen too many guys end up with big waists from having giant abs/obleques.

BTW, these are not two years (well more like 2.5 yrs) of continous progress. I went through hell inbetween with family/financial/drug issues. I've been clean since november of last year. I started again at about 195 and semi-fat. It's been a long road.

Back shot looks great, huge arms, wide lats and small waist.

From the side your chest looks like its lagging. Could also be the pose and because you have such big arms.

Yea... my chest may need some catching up. The pic makes it look really bad though. For a while my chest was outgrowing the rest of my body so I stopped working it out. Now it's a little lacking. I'll get back to bench press.

All I use it protein. I have used AAS in the past.
