Ive finally graduated, just landed a solid salary paying job, and I have been saving for a looong time.Currently driving a Honda accord with 160K miles on it...Lame bums with no money might as well stay out this thread

Jetta tdi clean diesel. 50 mpg on highway with plenty of torque...well as far as cars go.

I think the Tundras get ~17mpg highway? My RAM gets 18 highway, abd around 15 in town. but < 10 when im hauling my boat.

I only bought the RAM because in 06, a similarly spec'd Tundra was 13k more expensive.

Get a nice used truck!!! Trucks are soooooo handy! Just be prepared to have friends ask if you can help them move stuff occasionally. That waht friends are for though.
