    I changed it up again lately though and my wife did notice a lot more hanging around than normal. I am now doing:

    I think the MACA and ZMA made the big difference.
    Awesome. Stay consistent, especially with Maca. After about 12-16 weeks of consistent Maca supplementation, your loads should improve from between 300-600% of where they were before you started, presuming everything is working well and you're drinking a lot of water throughout the day.

    Does Ogoplex or Ejaculoid lose it's effectiveness after time? I've tried HGW with 4grams of maca and it worked great but after about 3 weeks HGW seemed to lose all it's effectiveness, I went off of it for 2 weeks and it's working again!. Is there safe supplements that'll give me the effects of HGW but I won't need to cycle off? I just ordered some L-Arginina. I'm also in Canada so anything with yohimbine won't get through the board, banned in Canada.

    As with all supplements, it's good to cycle on and off every once in a while.Try doing a 2 month on 1 month off schedule with HGW. Maca, since it's an adaptagen you'll need to take that a bit longer to see impressive results. After about 6 months of being consistent with 3000-6000 mg per day, scale back a little for a month or two (to 1500-3000 mg per day), then go back to your regular level.

    Would it be better to take maca in the morning and evening sppliting the dose. Or should I just take the full dose in the morning? Full dose being two scoops of maca gold. Thanx in advance guys.

    For Max results you should take 6 grams a day split in two doses(did wonders for me). So 4 in the mornIng and 4 in the early afternoon, if you take it late afternoon it might keep you up at night. I have the bulk powder and actually like the taste. Good luck sir.

    i keep hearing that drinking tons of water is good, but is there a point where its too much? i drink about 1 gallon+ a day and it seems to be making my semen watery. i'm supplementing with lecithin/maca powder/zma/multi vitamin. any ideas? or is it because im not giving myself time to build up? i wack off about once a day.

    Hey all, been doing a lot of research on this topic. I would like to share what I've been running and I'll update on progress.

    I was originally keen on running the regime suggested on this thread, however I had concerns regarding the cost and obtaining Ogoplex/Ejaculoid so I looked for alternatives.

    I was then inspired by the Secrets of a Porn Star Cumshot article (google it)

    Much of what the author of the guide said seemed to match up with a lot of other information I had found around the Internet, however he did bring up something new, a condition called Hyperspermia which he believes could be brought about through oxytocin. I figured it was worth a shot seeing as there are no side effects to the Cotton Root Bark.

    I have been using these herbs and supplements consistently for about a week now:

    Morning:
    Bioperine - 1 tablet (10mg)
    Saw Palmetto - In the form of Prostate Optimiser (has heaps of other prostate health stuff as well) Softgels, 3 tablets
    Maca - 1500mg - (three 500mg tablets)
    L-Arginine - 1000mg (two 500mg tablets)
    Lecithin - 1200mg 1 softgel
    Vitamins - ordinary Centrum Vitamins, 1 tablet
    Swedish Flower Pollen - about 150mg, 1 tablet
    Cotton Root Bark - 30-40 drops with dropper

    Midday/Afternoon(After work):
    Zinc - 1 tablet 25mg
    Maca - 1500mg (three 500mg tablets)
    L-Arginine - 1000mg - 2 500mg tablets
    Lecithin - 1200mg 1 softgel
    Swedish Flower Pollen - 150mg, 1 tablet
    Cotton Root Bark - 30-40 drops
    L-Lysine - 500mg, 1 tablet

    Night:
    Bioperine - 10mg 1 tablet
    Maca - 1500mg (three 500mg tablets)

    I started all these herbs and supplements at about the same day (when everything was delivered to me). Before I started, my ejaculations went from unimpressive to ordinary. I used to be able to really shoot well a few years ago, but over time this ability has been lost to me. I was finding it sometimes hard to get and maintain an erection, and I found it very difficult to get an erection on mental command like I used to be able to do when I was younger, I still however masturbated frequently, which I now know is causing poorer quality erections and probably ejaculations as well. When I did ejaculate it was usually a few thick globs that would land somewhere around the belly button, if I did shoot, which still happened now and then, it would only ever be 1 good shot, then the rest would not really count as a 'shot', mostly a dribble.
    I had been doing Kegels exercises, but wasn't really noticing an improvement, however I believe this is because my erection strength wasn't up to par.

    After:

    - Contractions are stronger when ejaculating, they feel 'deeper' and as if more parts around the genital area are now involved in the orgasm that I don't normally feel
    - Ejaculation is much more pleasurable as a result of all of the above

    Now to get to the actual cum shot itself:

    - The power of the cumshot has improved dramatically, the last 3 times I have ejaculated the shot has gone over my shoulder or head. The velocity on the first shot is pretty incredible.
    - I still only have 1 good first shot like before (except now it's a real POWER shot), the remaining shots are improved but not even close to the first shot
    - Semen Volume seems to be fairly similar to before.

    So that makes

    Overall:
    - Huge improvement on erection quality and shooting power
    - Still awaiting improvement on volume
    - There have been no negative side effects whatsoever from anything that I have taken
    - Celery tastes bloody awful but I think I might be acquiring the taste, unless you love this stuff, juice it and block your nose
    - Cost was much lower than what I was expecting, I bought everything off iherb.com and a lot of the stuff will last for quite a while, delivery was quick and easy.
    - I do recognise a fault with my stack that it becomes very hard to tell what is actually contributing to the results and what is just along for the ride. However I found a lot of research is pointing to the same thing, the only part of this I could not cross reference was the authors claim about oxytocin and hyperspermia.
    - I have gotten these results generally from masturbating once a day. I intend to try and have a few off days where I don't masturbate to help recovery from previous over-masturbation and to build up for my next cum shot, the results so far are looking promising.     Adding ginger and onions seems to increase your testosterone naturally.

    It seems that 5 to 10 grams of ginger
    and 4 to 6 grams of onions increases your testosterone naturally.

    Ginger:
    Recent studies performed on rodents suggest that adding this delicious spice to your everyday diet could significantly improve your testosterone levels and improve your sperm quality.     Quick update: I've had a bit of a small disruption to my stack and so I'm afraid the results lately have not been spectacular as a result, however level of arousal is still up.

    For those using Maca, I would not recommend taking it shortly before going to bed, the times I have done that lead to restless nights and strange dreams. 2-3 hours before bed is fine.

    Also here's a quick write up regarding price, if you are reading this wondering how much it would all cost in the long run.

    Per day:

    L-Lysine - 7c
    Bioperine - 10c
    Ashwagandha - 10c

    If you are looking at cheap options try some of the stuff at the top of the list, however I think any stack is lacking without Maca.
    Also keep in mind Bioperine works in conjunction with everything else, so it won't do much alone.

    L-Lysine is in the list just based off loose claims, but I also suffer from cold sores and used L-Lysine before trying this out anyway so I figured it may as well come for the ride.

    Like I mentioned before, most of this was bought on iHerb.com, but Bodybuilding.com has some bargains as well, especially with L-Arginine.


    Regarding Ginger - I would be interested to test this myself, but at the moment I have to stabilise with my current stack otherwise it would be impossible for me to determine if it was the ginger or something else that was yielding results.

    My suggestion would be to keep it as scientific as reasonably possible, try and keep everything about your diet strict and don't start taking ginger at the same time as something else, run your own experiment and see how you do and share the results.

    Hey guys. Long time reader, first time poster. Been lurking for years and only recently ran across this thread. This thread has been so informative. Thanks to Abdominator and all who have been participating. Very enlightening.

    This is the boat I have been in for a couple years- Started having ED problems a little while back. Have been using Cialis 5 mg daily since. It has certainly helped with the erection quality as well as keeping an erection. What bothers me is that I still have a lack of desire and I have figured out that is where my troubles lie. When I do get revved up, and stay that way, I have no troubles. But when I have to work at it, the lack of desire just complicates everything. I end up in that vicious cycle of losing confidence and my erection, then refocusing to get it back and destroying the mood.

    Long story short: I use to powerlift about 15 years ago. A series of injuries knocked me out of it. After having these ED troubles I got back into it simply for the added testosterone boost and am glad I did. The powerlifting has definitely helped in that respect. The missing piece of the puzzle is the desire. After reading through this thread (a few times, lol) I knew that this is just what I needed. One of these stacks is my answer.

    So, my questions would be:

    1.) Has anyone here been prescribed an ED med? If so, what? How long did you use it?

    2.) Did you discontinue the use of the prescribed ED med and used one of these stacks? How has it worked for you?

    Ok, really new here. I signed up to this site JUST for advice on this topic. First off, I am not a body builder. Because of that, I don't feel comfortable taking many of the outlined stacks that I have seen posted.

    I am 42, married for 15 years to a fabulous woman. Ejaculations have become less intense and volumes lessened as well as overall libido. Still no issues maintaining erections. Happy healthy love life.
    I would like to capture a bit of the old intensity however.

    Went to "Lovers Package" and tried a Nite Rider pill.
    The erections were fantastic and multiple sessions of lovemaking are not a problem on that particular supplement.
    However, I experienced probably the worst indigestion I have ever had in my life as well as an accelerated heart beat that was rather frightening. Just walking up the stairs gave me not only a raging hard on, but such a rapid heartbeat as to be concerning.

    Given those things, can someone with a lot more experience please recommend a supplement that would increase semen volume, libido, erection size and duration WITHOUT the listed side effects?

    Any help is greatly appreciate.

    L-Arginine - 1000mg - 2 500mg tablets
    Lecithin - 1200mg 1 softgel
    Swedish Flower Pollen - 150mg, 1 tablet
    Cotton Root Bark - 30-40 drops

    Night:

    Before:
    I started all these herbs and supplements at about the same day (when everything was delivered to me). Before I started, my ejaculations went from unimpressive to ordinary. I used to be able to really shoot well a few years ago, but over time this ability has been lost to me. I was finding it sometimes hard to get and maintain an erection, and I found it very difficult to get an erection on mental command like I used to be able to do when I was younger, I still however masturbated frequently, which I now know is causing poorer quality erections and probably ejaculations as well. When I did ejaculate it was usually a few thick globs that would land somewhere around the belly button, if I did shoot, which still happened now and then, it would only ever be 1 good shot, then the rest would not really count as a 'shot', mostly a dribble.
    I had been doing Kegels exercises, but wasn't really noticing an improvement, however I believe this is because my erection strength wasn't up to par.

    After:

However I found a lot of research is pointing to the same thing, the only part of this I could not cross reference was the authors claim about oxytocin and hyperspermia.
    - I have gotten these results generally from masturbating once a day. I intend to try and have a few off days where I don't masturbate to help recovery from previous over-masturbation and to build up for my next cum shot, the results so far are looking promising. HOWEVER I would like to have a good cumshot without having to abstain (who doesn't?) so that is part of my goal.

    Changes:
    I have just increased the amount of L-Arginine and Maca I'm taking by 1500mg each per day (the figures given above reflect this new change), as I gain a bit more tolerance to Celery I'll up that too.

    First off, thanks to allow fellow load enhancement enthusiasts for posting. I've been lurking for months and getting tons of great info.

    I know Dr. Strange's post is a few months old, but I wanted to throw out a word of caution for anyone thinking of adding Cotton Root Bark to their load stack.
    If you research CRB, you will find that it has been linked to infertility in men and has been used throughout history as an herbal contraceptive in men.
    I took interest in the SECRETS OF A PORNSTAR CUMSHOT book as well, but the whole "oxytocin stimulators create hyperspermia" hypothesis doesn't have me convinced.
    I actually bought a bottle of Dong Quai to act as my oxytocin stimulator, but I decided not to take any after reading several articles about men experiencing estrogenic effects and gyncomastia.

    My wife just got pregnant and I am convinced that my load stack was a huge reason for that. We had sex outside of her normal "window of ovulation" and thought there was no way we could've conceived.     I also "edge" 3-4 times during the day if I know I will be having sex (this is important to add to your program for maximizing results) and give me self at least two days afterwards to replenish the supply.

    I am very happy with the results and have not noticed any adverse effects. Workouts have also been stronger.

    Hi guys, ran into this thread because I'm getting back into lifting (yay!). First off, there is soooo much good info in here! Thanks!

    I've had symptoms of low testosterone for years (I'm 29). So, I'm on a mission to optimize my natural test production. That means eating right, exercising, and supplementing.

    This stack seems to promote natural test production, which is exactly what I want. However, what I'm concerned about is that through making testosterone production easier for my body, will I be worse off after I end the stack? In other words, will this supplementation hinder my body's ability to produce testosterone naturally, without supplementation?

    I'm also wondering if I should cycle these supps like one would steroids, so I don't mess up natural production.

    Any guidance will be greatly appreciated!

    Based on your abstention, I would say the supplements probably won't make a big difference. You are going to bust a huge nut no matter what.
    8 days of edging is insane. I'm in pain just thinking about that. You have some serious will power. Make sure you get your chick some safety goggles!

    If you really want to supplement, here you go:

    I take:
    1-2g of L-Arginine daily and 3g on sex days (a few hours beforehand)
