Red face Sleepy after PWO meal

I've been having trouble lately keeping myself awake after my post-workout meal. As soon as i'm done eating this meal, I feel very sluggish and sleepy. It hits me real good and i'm knocked out for a good 15-20 mins (not more).

Here's how the meal looks like.

100g chicken breast + 60g oats +
8 egg whites + 30g wheat bran+
TONS of veggies + 100g sweet potato +
Small serving of yogurt + Skim milk to taste

Eaten separately of course.

Macros for the meal(excluding veggies) - 840 Calories - Fats 14g / Carbs 90g / Protein 85g

I only eat 3 big meals a day because it's more convenient. The carbs in this meal are mostly complex carbs too. I'm not overtraining and also getting close to 8 hours of sleep a day. What could be the reason for this crashing? Is it because of the huge amount of food i'm consuming at one sitting? I also feel the amount of carbs consumed for a meal is quite OK?

Thanks.

are you doing a pwo shake about an hour before the meal? if not that's the problem.
you're drained and then your throwing a BUTT load of slow digesting macros in your belly. you need the simple carbs and fast protien right after.

Nope, no whey shake PWO. Whey costs almost double the price here. So cannot afford it at the moment.

I'm eating this meal 30 mins after my workout. Any ways to overcome this?

the white of an egg is one of the faster digesting protiens with out a powder mix of whey isolate. consume several, raw right after a work out with some white rice, a bagel, or some good sugars. then about an hour later eat your big meal.
immediate pwo is the only good time to consume processed grains or good sugars. try that out.
