i workout monday, thursday, and friday. i am doing WS4SB3. so its a good program, i am seeing gains. the only problem is on off days my muscles look smaller. it might be dehydrations but i get enough water. What could be the reason for this? Is there a way i can get a pump in my muscles to make em look bigger?
