    how do you keep ur muscles pumped on off days

    i workout monday, thursday, and friday. i am doing WS4SB3. so its a good program, i am seeing gains. the only problem is on off days my muscles look smaller. it might be dehydrations but i get enough water. What could be the reason for this? Is there a way i can get a pump in my muscles to make em look bigger?

    This. When you train blood is forced into your muscles and they get tighter and appear larger, hence the "pump." If you want to look great cold then get bigger.
