Why not just pour the olive oil on a salad or use it to cook with?

Dip some bread in it and add some italian seasoning; oregano, thyme, etc. That's good stuff.

i use to just down a tablespoon of olive oil a few times a day wit meals to get my good fats but now i just stick with tablespoons of natural pb. but nothin wrong wit takin evoo shots lol

What? Burns your throat? I take shots of EVOO at least once a day when bulking - it tastes like slime with no taste.. but it doesn't burn in the least bit. Hell, its not whiskey for Christ's sake.

get macadamia nut oil and add it to your shakes/or just take a shot of that. wayyy better tasting and better for you too

Yeah it works great bro. 3oz (a tall shot glass) is ~720 calories. Just don't do it on an empty stomach

I saw this guy post the other day..
He took eggs - good
Oatmeal - good
Protein Powder - good
And he mixed them to create an almost unmentionable abomination that looked more like pile of vomit at the bus station than anything edible.
EVOO - Good
Sourdough bread - Good
Parmesan Cheese - Good

As well as on the salad, which has been mentioned. You can try mixing it into your protein shake. Doesn't change the flavor of the shake much, if at all.
