Net Calories, What's the Deal
What are your ladies take on Net Calories? I am trying to create a 500 calories deficit. I took my maintenance and subtracted 500 and strive for about 1400 calories a day. I then go to the gym and work off about 400-600 calories, when I get home I am starving and eat a nice dinner and my TOTAL calories will equal about 1700 or so, but my NET calories will be 1200-1300. Am I doing this right?

Technically, your net calories are -600 to -800, but yes, you're thinking about it correctly.
