    How many times do you workout on your arms?

    What is your opinion? Once a week or twice a week? Have you experimented? I workout on my arms twice a week but I am thinking of switching to once a week. (Note:I workout on my shoulders and arms on the same day.)

    From what I've been reading and watching, they always say that it's good to work on them once per week. As for me, I still work on them twice per week.

    When you do work them out do it to the extreme, for atleast 1 and a half hours for ech muscle to really shock and tear the muscle tissue, and because your only doing each arm part once a week, it will give them a good amount of time to repair and get bigger.

    Once a week, and I'm doing the same thing OP, shoulders/arms/forearms on same day. 99% of people on here will say it's bad to do all that on the same day, but if it works for you go ahead. I have a 3 day split, so it's gonna look crowded

    Yes. One of the things Mark directly touches upon NOT DOING is adding an arm day. They are compound movements. Your using your arms. If you're eating to grow, your arms will grow from Rippetoe training.

    Bis and back together 2 times a week and chest and tris 2 times a week.

    Everybody is different but most people should hit everybody part 2 times a week. Helps them grow a lot more. I use to do everything 1 time a week, i switched up and have noticed a lot better increases. My weight went up fast,strength, and low BF%
